The monthly accolade, which was launched last year by Suzuki, is given to individuals who have gone beyond the call of duty, and received continued positive feedback from customers. Its purpose is to highlight members of staff within the dealer network who have demonstrated an exceptional level of service. We're so pleased that Sam has been recognised for this incredible award!
Sam has been working for Leslies Suzuki (formally Hale Common Suzuki) for 15 years, and in the past has even been enrolled in the Suzuki Advanced Management Diploma, where he studied for a university level degree in management. Sam was nominated for this award by a number of Leslies Suzuki customers over the past year, for which he is very grateful, as only a handful of people have actually won this award across the UK. 'This is an award that I've wanted to win for a long time. I'm very humble to have been nominated and chosen for this', Sam commented.
Leslies Suzuki now has an array of awards in its repertoire. Having been awarded Suzuki GB Dealer Of The Year in 2013, 2017 & 2018, as well as being on track to win it again in 2019. Leslies Suzuki also won an award for Outstanding Customer Service in 2015. And now we can add Sam's win to our trophy cabinet!
