At its National Dealer Conference held recently in Tenerife, Suzuki GB PLC named this year’s winners of its annual Dealer of the Year awards with Isle of Wight based dealer Leslie’s Suzuki being crowned overall National Dealer of the Year and Pearson Wemyss Bay awarded Best Customer Experience throughout the year.
Prior to the announcement, all dealerships within Suzuki’s nationwide network were evaluated using the same criteria to determine the Regional, National and Customer Experience winners. They were assessed on the percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, Sales and Service Customer Experience, number of parts and quantity of accessories sold. The figures were then aggregated on a balanced scorecard to reveal the top dealer in each of the categories.
As well as Leslie’s Suzuki winning both National and Regional Dealer of the year accolades, five other businesses also received regional awards. These were Luscombe Suzuki (Leeds), C&M McDonald (Aberdeen), Horderns (Chapel-en-le-Frith), Brownings Suzuki (Melton Mowbray) and Pebley Beach (Cirencester).
