Now we are fully operational at most of our sites, we would like to politely ask our customers to adhere to a couple of new regulations here at Leslies Motors.
In the interest of welfare & safety of our customers and staff, we ask that our customers planning to visit our sites make an appointment where possible. If you are unable to make an appointment prior to your arrival, we will still do our very best to accommodate you safely and swiftly.
As of the 24th of July, we ask that all customers visiting our showrooms please wear a face covering of some sorts. This is to comply with the new government regulations on wearing face coverings in a retail setting. Exceptions will of course be made where a person or child is unable to wear one.
Following the recent announcement by the government, we are now planning to re-open for sales on the 1st of June. We will only be opening fully at the following sites:
Customers for Leslies Honda will at present continue to go to Leslies' Mazda/Kia for both sales and aftersales.
Our showrooms are re-opening fully, and we have introduced stringent social distancing measures across all sites. However, we understand that many may not feel comfortable in coming back to our showrooms just yet. To make our cars available to everyone, we have added some new ways to shop here at Leslies Motors.
• We’ll be offering video consultations with our sales team. We can show you around the car you like, without you having to leave the comfort of your own home. Our sales team will be happy to arrange this for you whenever you like. You don’t need to share your video screen with us, we can just make it a one-way video call.
• If you want to arrange a test drive in a vehicle you like, we will happily drop the car off to you at your home. It will be fully disinfected upon arrival at your home, and once you’ve taken the test drive, we’ll come and pick it up again.
• You can reserve the car you want for just £99 over the phone, and we’ll hold it for you until you’re comfortable in either visiting us, or having the car delivered to you.
We’re confident that with our new rigorous cleaning regimes, social distancing measures, appropriate PPE and staff training, we can open safely to the public once more. We really look forward to welcoming all of our customers again, and we hope you have remained safe and well throughout this strange time.
If you want to make an appointment with us, you can call us on the numbers provided at the bottom of this web page, you can make an online enquiry here, or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
